Chairman Chen emphasized that the whole company should find the correct product market positioning, vigorously carry out the integration of production, education and research, and achieve innovative development; It is necessary to improve the management level and strengthen the construction of the talent team; It is necessary to increase technological transformation and improve the level of intelligence; It is necessary to actively improve the level of software and hardware, pay attention to both service and safety, and meet the higher-level requirements of socialized drivers. He asked that the whole company should anchor the development goal on the basis of the existing good foundation, further emancipate the mind, set off a second entrepreneurial boom, and set sail again.

 

 


  On May 10, 2020, the new intelligent factory in Nantong, a whole company of Warwick, was officially ignited and put into operation, marking the complete success of Warwick Group's promotion of manufacturing resource integration and capacity upgrading. The overall relocation of the plant overcame the huge difficulties of tight time and heavy tasks, and in this process, employees worked together and helped each other, regardless of departmental teams, regardless of internal and external parts.
