Zhou Weihong is from Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, and although he has been working in Fuzhou for more than 20 years, this is the first time he has stayed in Fuzhou for the Chinese New Year because of his work. "I can't go back to Jiujiang to accompany my parents this year, but I will keep in touch by phone and video every day." Zhou Weihong told reporters that his parents can also understand and support his choice.

In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the Spring Festival, and in order to maintain stable supply and ensure the needs of foreign customers, on January 27, the whole company issued the initiative of "not returning to the hometown unless necessary, celebrating the New Year in place" to all employees, and deployed the logistics support of non-stop work and production during the Spring Festival. "The company recently conducted a thorough survey of all employees, and 90% of employees expressed their willingness to stay during the Spring Festival, which greatly exceeded our expectations." Zhang Weihao said.

 

It is understood that 90% of Warwick's employees are foreigners, most of them from Sichuan, Jiangxi and Guizhou. "It is not easy for everyone to choose to stay in Rong, mainly because the company provides attractive benefits for employees, which mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees to stay on the job. In addition to improving the standard of employee meal expenses, optimizing overtime treatment, and issuing return-to-work bonuses in advance, the company also converts the budget of the annual meeting into adult gift packages, and also 'sends warmth in winter' to employees in difficulty, and the overtime time of the Spring Festival can also be used as a holiday after the year. Zhou Weihong told reporters that these measures have greatly encouraged employees and felt that the company is not only using salary to retain people, but also retaining people with heart.

 

Warwick Juquan places great emphasis on protecting the physical and mental health of employees, and does not relax its requirements for epidemic prevention and control. Zhang Weihao said: "The company has just relocated its site to Nantong, and many employees live in the city. In order to facilitate employees to and from work during the Spring Festival, the company arranges shuttle bus point-to-point transfer, and the address is slightly off, and Warwick taxi transfer is also specially arranged. We will also pay attention to channeling employees' anxiety and exhaustion. The reporter also saw the personal epidemic prevention kits issued by Warwick Juquan for each employee, such as disinfectant, disinfectant hand sanitizer, masks, alcohol sanitary wipes and examination gloves were stored in a small carry-on bag for easy carry-on.

 

Even if the Spring Festival does not stop production, Huawei Juquan also tries its best to leave enough time for employees to celebrate the holiday, and sets the day for the resumption of work in the whole factory on the third day of the first lunar month, and only the employees in charge of specific processes remain during the Chinese New Year's Eve to the second day of the first lunar month. "The company also prepared Chinese New Year's Eve meals for Chinese New Year's Eve employees on the job, and shortened the working hours of the day, so that everyone could catch the reunion dinner at home." Zhang Weihao said.
