In order to give full play to the role of the vocational skills competition in cultivating, selecting and motivating skilled and intelligent talents, and to create a team of highly skilled talents, the final of the first employee vocational skills competition of Warwick Ju was officially launched on November 27, 2021.
A total of 179 front-line employees from CNC adjusters, CNC operators, foundry operators, inspectors, mechanics, electricians, mold fitters and other jobs actively registered for the competition, and the finals were judged by 38 experienced and skilled masters. At the skill competition site, more than 100 finalists showed their housekeeping skills, comparing unique skills, competition skills, time grabbing, and fighting for quality.
Every contestant strives for perfection, every movement shows the light of skill, and every detail pays tribute to the laborer.
Competition is not the goal, training is the core. The contestants expressed their hope to take advantage of this skill exchange opportunity to learn from each other's strengths. The atmosphere of the competition was warm, which fully demonstrated the good technical skills and professional demeanor of the employees. After nearly 3 hours of fierce competition, a group of high-quality and highly skilled employees have achieved good results and stood out. At the end of the competition, a total of 36 group and individual winners were determined.

This employee vocational skills competition is not only an exchange of ideas, styles and technologies, but also a centralized review of employees' mental outlook, technical level and will quality, which will lay a good foundation for the normalization of such "post training" activities in the future, guide the majority of employees to become talents, post dedication and lay a good foundation for enterprises to cultivate knowledge-based, technical, innovative high-quality employees.
